Terms of Service

Welcome to StayPilot. StayPilot is operated by HN International (“HN International”, “StayPilot”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StayPilot websites at staypilot.ai and app.staypilot.ai and the services we provide through them (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you enter into an agreement with HN International and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What StayPilot does

StayPilot helps short-term-rental hosts improve their visibility in AI-powered search. At your request, we read the public page of your own listing (for example an Airbnb listing you operate), generate content such as articles about your listing, and track how your listing appears in answers from AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

• We only fetch listing pages you submit, and only their publicly visible content.
• We never access, modify, or log in to your Airbnb account.
• StayPilot is an independent product: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, OpenAI, or Google. Their names belong to their respective owners.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Your content and permissions

You confirm that you operate, or are authorised to market, each listing you submit to the Service. You keep all rights to your listing content. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the Service: fetching your public listing page, storing what it shows (photos, description, amenities, reviews and similar), and using it to generate content and reports for you.

Articles and other content the Service generates for your listing are yours to use, publish, and adapt for promoting that listing. We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage data to improve the Service.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t submit listings you have no right to market, or content that is unlawful or misleading.
• Don’t attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, or access other users’ data.
• Don’t resell or white-label the Service without our written agreement.
• Don’t use the Service in a way that violates the terms of the platforms your listing is on.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Free trial, plans and billing

New accounts may start with a 3-day free trial — no payment card is required for the trial. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout).

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle handles checkout, payment data, taxes, and receipts; your card details never touch our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing us — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — a 14-day money-back guarantee, plus our 90-day results guarantee.

6. Rankings and results

AI assistants decide their own answers, and those answers change constantly. Except for the express 90-day results guarantee, we do not promise any particular ranking, placement, traffic, or booking outcome. Reports show what our checks observed at the time they ran and may differ from what individual users see.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers (for example payment processing, email delivery, web scraping infrastructure, and AI model providers). Their availability affects ours, and their own terms govern their processing — see our Privacy Policy for the list of subprocessors.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, and branding — belongs to HN International and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own listings while your account is in good standing.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HN International will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for extended non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will give reasonable notice where practicable). Sections that by their nature should survive (including 8–10) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we will notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HN International is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the competent courts of that jurisdiction — except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you mandatory rights and venues, which remain unaffected.
