Refund Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
We want trying StayPilot to feel risk-free. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial with no card required — and if you do pay and StayPilot isn’t for you, this policy explains exactly how refunds work.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you request it within 14 days of a charge — your first payment or any renewal — we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. It doesn’t matter how much you used the Service in those 14 days.
2. 90-day results guarantee
Separately from the 14-day guarantee: if your listing does not appear in any of your tracked AI answers within 90 days of publishing the articles StayPilot generated for it, we will refund the subscription fees you paid for that listing during those 90 days — every cent, no forms, no fight. To qualify, the articles must have been published and your tracked queries active during the period.
3. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Refund”, or
- reply to any Paddle receipt email — our payment provider Paddle, as merchant of record, can process the refund directly.
No justification is needed for 14-day requests. For the 90-day results guarantee, just tell us the listing — we can see the tracked answers on our side.
4. When and how you get the money
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunds are processed by Paddle and appear on your statement under their name.
5. What happens to your account
When a charge is refunded, the paid features it covered end and your account returns to the free state. Your data stays available so you can export or pick up where you left off; you can also ask us to delete it (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Renewals and cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the paid period. A renewal you didn’t mean to pay is refundable within 14 days like any other charge, so an occasional missed cancellation isn’t a problem.
7. Fair use
The guarantees exist so you can judge StayPilot honestly, not to fund free usage in a loop. We may decline repeated refund cycles by the same person or clear abuse — this doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country (for example the EU’s 14-day right of withdrawal). Where local law grants you more than this policy, local law wins.
9. Contact
Anything unclear, or a situation these rules don’t cover? [email protected] — a human reads it.
